I had the new baby out this past weekend.. WOW What a boat! I had my fiancee with me and she said we were going so fast her face hurt afterwards... LOL!



The fishing wasn't so hot, but I did get 3 compliments from other fishermen. "Nice boat man!"... That from a ranger owner. ))



Now thats cool!

I had an 896 in '98-99.....200 EFI,...it was greased lightening....much faster than my current 901...you'll love that boat!! It really shines in a small chop too...a foot or less.....get in, sit down, buckle up, hang on and shut up!!.......let 'er RIP!!!!LOL!!!

Congrats! I've got a 2001 896 and I love it!!!! I had it out on St. Clair about a month ago W/ Ken Neeley in 1-2 waves running 50mph. The ride was stable and I felt comfortable driving it that speed and could have gone faster if I had more experience (didn't want to hurt any thing, especially me...I mean Ken). It's a great boat, enjoy!
