2011 Targa V-18 Live Well Issues

My livewell on my Targa V-18 stopped working. I checked the fuse and it was blown. I replaced it and it immediately blew again. I'm assuming there is a short somewhere. The first place I was going to look is the pump itself, but i'm unsure how to access it. Does anyone have any experience with replacing the rear livewell pump. Do you have to remove the rear flooring or is there another way to access it? Any help would be much appreciated.
