2007 482DC Questions

[Does It Matter]

I purchased a left over 07 482DC w/90HP ELPTO yesterday, I took it out last night and I noticed that the boat leans to the left and it is very difficult to steer/turn the boat to the left. I have owned previous boats and I have never experienced such an issue. I have notified the dealership were the boat was purchased this morning and I am waiting on a return call. Does or has anyone ever experienced this or maybe someone has a reason of what could cause this.

Hi Bob,



That sounds normal. I had an NX 750 with a 115 and it did the same thing due to prop torque. You can also adjust the trim tab on your motor. Its under the cavatation plate. This should resolve some of the problem. The other thing is you probably dont have No Feedback Steering, if you did you would not feel that much at the helm.



Just my thoughts. Some one please chime in if I am off base here.
