PROBLEM: My 2003 17.5 Pro Silver Anniversary Model w/ 25 HP Mercury BigFoot 4 Stroke motor blew a gasket after setting in garage since 2011. Tried conditioning cylinders with Seafoam Deep Creep over two days prior to attempting start. Ran for a minute, stopped, then loud pop on second start try. Obvious oil seeping at head base and in tub water. Boat/motor has run less than 20 hours. Would a repair/rebuild be best action?
