on a 93 rude 115,the idle rpm should be 625-675,full throttle operating rpm is 4500-5500 rpm.
gearcase capacity is 26oz oil
plugs ql77jc4,unlesshigh sustained speeds then ql16v surface gap plugs.
that was all taken from the service manual for the rudes
