Winterizing 200hp EFI Merc

I bought a "new to me" boat this last summer and now it's getting cool here in Central KS and I was wondering what all I need to be thinking about doing to winterize the motor and boat. The boat is a Targa 2000 yr. model 2000, and the motor is a 200 hp EFI Mercury. Thanks for any and all help!!!
