Guys,

I found out my dealer is using this stuff to winterize all the boats.. They swear by it.

I think its a little sketchy...

Here's a link..

No fogging oil, No oil in the spark plugs, nothing.. Just dumping this in the tank and running it to get it in the cylinders..

Any one ever had an experience with it..

Im kind of skeptical..

It's an enzyme designed to help phase separation. It is NOT a substitute for proper winferization techniques. I personally do not like it.

I use it in EVERY combustion engine I run, but like Bob said, you still need to fog your engine, change lower unit lube and get all the water out of the block and lower unit. Startron won't stop everything from freezing, it's only for ethanol treatment.

I get better mileage out of my vehicles and a better burn out of my efi with it. Sta-bil is better than nothing but Startron is the best I've found. It seems a little pricy but it's a LOT cheaper than a new motor!
