Hey harris i dont throw flukes. But for carolina, texas, and jigs i use a 6'6" medium fast action rod. Its a st croix premeir. Best rod ive ever thrown. Ive paired it with a curado 201e7 with boca bearins. All i can say is wow.

2 totally different applications. Are you talking weightless senko type baits for the "worm" rod? Then you might be able to get by with a 7ft fast action medium heavy spinning rod.
