You normally don't have a choice in diameter size. Basically, every manufacture has a little different diameter for the style of prop. 3 blade will have a larger diameter than a 4 blade. So you just go by the pitch with the same manufacture.

Another thing to watch is that Mercury makes the Laser II in two different hub sizes. One for up to 125 and another for 135 and up. makes sure you know which is which...

Yeah a 13 should be fine. I'm running a 13X21 Quicksilver SS on my 90 and it does great.

You'll need the small hub

You may get some gear "chatter" around 800 RPM in gear...just keep it out of that range.
