Ok. I just had the oil injection removed from my 2001 90hp elpto I'm going to premix 50:1 how do you guys mix your oil and gas?? Do you mix it first then dump it in the boat gas tank or put the oil in the tank then add the gas. The mechanic said to just put in the correct amount of oil to how ever much gas I was putting in and the TCW-3 would mix it's self with the gas.. How do you guys do it??

This is just habit taught by my daddy, add 1 to 2 gal gas then oil and finish filling.

Either way, I used to fill it up at the gas station then add the oil. I would drive a couple of miles to the ramp and allow it to mix. i also do this with gas stabilizer as well.
