No Mph But Good Rpm

Have a l Yamaha 115 Vmax having problems with lots of RPL little miles per hour 15 miles an hour at 4000 RPM about 17 miles an hour at 6000 RPMs any thoughts on what might be the problem almost new motor really is a new modem have to toke if back to the dealer one time put new prop own run OK last time ran about 37 mph

yep, spun hub. My Z6 was on the showroom floor for a year and the rubber hub spun after I had the boat three months. Same symptoms.
