How do you guys like those Targa's? Trying to talk my buddy into one. That or a ZV. He lives on Green Bay (WI). Handle big waves?

I would say that he is good to go in up to 3' waves. With that said if this is his first boat and is inexperienced then I would say purchase a bigger boat. Just remember the Titanic sunk. There are some things that boats just won't do.
