Need some help!!...Just installed a new pump (Rule / 500GPH / 12AMP/2.5V). It is humming and i can feel it vibrating. For some reason it does not have enough pressure in the hose to pump water or aerate. Any suggestions?...I have checked the hose and is is not clogged. HELP!!!

Try removing the top (of the pump, it easilly comes apart) and priming it with H2O. Also make sure the hoses are tight on fittings so there is no air leaking in from the connections.
