Keelshield sealant

Fixing to put 5200 sealant around the edges of my keelshield. Any tips on putting it on. Do I need to wet it or just let it set. I have read on the Internet and some people say that u need to put water on it. Also it says not to use alcohol. What difference would ut make.

Surface just needs to be clean.



The regular 5200 requires a full 7 days to dry!
