You might want to look way up under the console and again from the storage compartment for attachments going through and between the sides of the fiberglass. Your probably going to have to do some contorting and hand squeezing to check directly behing the pads.If no screws are found and judging from what I know about how Tracker builds things they're probably built on a hard backing which is glued to the bulkhead. Then its caution and a wide putty knife/heat gun gentle prying and pulling. I took some off a Bayliner years ago and that was how they were on.

You were right fatrap. 4 bolts for each were securing it. I was able to successfully remove them this afternoon. Thanks for the help.
