I was wondering if someone could post or supply link to a fuse box diagram/ electrical wiring diagram for a 2008 NX750?

You'll be hard pressed to find a "wiring diagram" per se. About the closest you'll find is this wiring color codes chart, which are universal for nearly all boats.
