Front livewell.

I have a 2012 v-18 Targa combo and I don't use the livewells very much at all. I was flounder fishing last week and wanted to use the fron livewell to keep my minnows but I could not get it to fill up. There was a threaded tube in there but the hole was not threaded. Found out the tube was for the back livewell. Should there be another tube for the front livewell that is not threaded? :unsure:

The front live well has a rubber plug.
