Fishing Is Poor

    Our lake levels are finally down but a number of rivers are still high. Lots of mud and submerged debris. Last thing I want to hit is a submerged log.

    Most lake are back to normal or out of banks here. Going to do some pond fishing tomorrow.

    They just lowered Lake Hamilton and Lake Catherine, started an increase flow from Lake Ouachita (still 5 feet above flood stage) and more rain expected. The Arkansas and White Rivers still have small craft advisories. I thought it was April showers and not March, April and May. It is going to be dangerous for the up coming weekend.

    Same way with the lakes here. Did some pond fishing this past weekend. Caught 8 nice bass lost two. Best so far this year.
