Fishing Info

THe little women and I are driving up to Missouri next week and will be staying in the Nevada area. Are there any good fishing spots around there? I wouldn't mind paying for an out of state fishing license if the fishing is worth it.

Welcome to Missouri. FYI, you will be within driving distance of Truman Lake, Stockton Lake, Pomme De Terre Lake. Depending how far you want to travel, you could also go to Table Rock, near Branson, or Grand Lake, which is in OK. The lakes are really getting going on the fall patterns right now, but a word of warning, the weather could be nasty with rain and cold, so keep an eye on it. If you're not bringing a boat, you would probably want a guide, but you could get into some nice fishing right now. Let me know if you want more info.
