thanks JSkid. did some searching and found that post and others. after reading each one about 3 times I started on mine today and understand the posts better know. its not as bad as I had thought it might be. im ready to start the resealing but warmer weather is forecast for wed. and I'll start then. Again,thanks for the reply I know im going to read every post every day.
