I was telling a hillbilly friend of mine that I was trying to compile a crankbait depth chart listing the crankbait type and its respective depth. He said theres one already made and it is on the Internet. I looked at him like he had three eyes and then I said, "do you know how big the Internet is? Could you be more specific and tell me the web page?" That's when I gave the standard response, "well I didn't actually see it...but somebody told me it was out there." Anyway, have any of you folks seen something like that or should I just continue compiling my own data from catalogs, etc.

Yepp...Magna's on the button!! Mark Romanack compiled a very good and comprehensive guide to crnkbait depths based on the bait type and line weight you're using. Marks also done other books and he just published one called "Bassin' with the Pro's" and it has 19 or so of my "Scales and Tales" cartoons in it throughout the book....Mark's a great writer and a personal friend of mine......buy the book!! LOL

I will take heed to both recommendations. They sound like they will save me a bunch of research.

Thanks Magna and Mac.
