Back in the early 60s or even late 50s the first of these were introduced. It was then an aircrew survival weapon. The AR-5 was a bolt action 22 Hornet. They are rare and valuable. Simple idea well executed. Orginally, I believe the bolt gun was built by Armalite and some of the semi .22LR also.



They are very cool and fun to have around.
