Adjustable seat poles?

Hey guys - hoping to get some more advice from you.



My father in law has adjustable seat poles on his Z 8. I fished with him last weekend and now I'm somewhat jealous. I stopped in Bass Pro in Des Moines, IA and they didn't seem to have the same poles he had.



Does anyone have recommendations on poles? I was reading some reviews online and certain brands didn't seem to perform that well.



I've got a 2011 Z 7.

Were the seat poles Snap Lock?

So forgive me, I'm not sure what snap lock is. The poles were just like mine, which aren't adjustable, except that he was able to move both of them up and down.



I normally remove my seats and poles when going from spot to spot, so ... they are just regular seats.



I just want decent adjustable poles, if there is such a thing.



Any advice is great.

Kevin - I believe what you need is below, I have had these on my last 3 boats (Tracker, Nitro and Astro), They are screw in also so I don't remove when trailering as they are screwed down/locked in:
