97 Nitro LXS 800

Have a new to me 97 Nitro. Plan on doing some more fishing out of it. Also plan on maybe pulling the kids on a tube. Anybody ever install the ski tower int eh rear seat pin hole? If so what kind of luck did you have? If you didn't use that did you attache the pull rope in another location?

I've installed and used mine but, only to tow in stranded boaters. Worked very well for that.

Make sure the post ski bar has the supports to the gunnel or to the deck and you should be fine. Also remember that tubes excerpt much more pressure than skiers.
