1997 Tracker Nitro Tandem Trailer Springs

Hello and I apologize if I have duplicated anything. I have been searching posts and can't find an answer. I have a 1997 Tracker dual axle trailer with my Nitro 205FS. I believe the springs are clapping out and I have actually had a tire rub until it popped on the guard that keeps rocks and stuff off the boat (it attaches to the fender). I remember a post about someone with a similar problem, but their new replacement springs were sitting low.

I have the serial number and trailer ratings and if anyone has any advise for me, I would greatly appreciate any insight.

I could order the parts from trailer, or go to northern, but I do need a little guidance on obtaining the correct hardware. Thanks for any helpful advice.
