1996 Nitro 170TF - 1997 Force 120 Hp - Motor Question

I am looking at a 1996 Nitro 170TF which has a 1997 Force 120 Hp outboard on it. I have no knowledge of these motors, but have noted negative reviews. Need info before buying.

Force like any other motor just needs care and pretty simple to work on. Biggest problem I've had with the 2 I've owned before it electrics. Force motors are getting pretty hard to get parts for the older they get. But hey, at some point use that motor for a trade in on a new motor
