Do you know if the plug is the same for a 2011 Z8?

I do the stabil and seafoam trick, run it through and I drain the fuel out of the bowl or chamber on the motor. Works for me up here.

I still can't see 3 to 4 grand for a 225 for resale. Maybe upgrading to a 250, but not a 225.

Purchased mine last year. New 2011 close out. Fully loaded, dual console, alum. wheels, hotfoot, tilt trim, cover, fortrex 80, etc. 200 pro xs. 25p fury. 3 sec. hole shot, top at 66 mph, 1/2 tank fuel, 2 people, gear. Plenty motor for this boat. Couldn't see another 3 grand for a 225 and maybe 3...

Extended warranties are usually a waste of money.

A locksmith can make you a key even if you don't have one with out replacing your switch.

I bet if you did a little searching, you could find a new carry-over 2011 or 2012 Z7 for about the same price.

For some strange reason it just seems that when you have 500 pounds clamped to a transom with no support to another object there has to be movement and stress. If the boat is secured tight to the trailer with the tie downs, the motor brace should take care of the motor bouncing. (Should)

I believe if you look on the Swivel Eze site, they do not refer to this item as a "transom saver", more of a motor stabilizer. Personally, I'll stick with what came with the boat. Just my 2 cents.

Try the Booyah 'tux n tails' in chartreuse. green skirt and red tail, works great in the midwest. We usually throw 1/2 oz. Good Luck!

Same problem with my Interstates. I thought it was the charger but I think it's the batteries. Called 'dual pro' company and they suggested removing a little fluid but not too much.
