Ran a fully loaded down 2010 Z9 with a 250 . full tank of gas, gear, 2 big boys. best he could get was 69. My 2011 with a 250 has hit 72. So your close, i wouls agree working the prop might gain you 1-2 mph.
I think the 45" would be the best fit for that boat. 52 is massive on any boat and can make shallow water fishing tough. I run the 50" mg te 109 on my Z9, and in shallow situations I really have to raise it up.
Have you figured out where to put the extra batteries?
The courtesy light is in the battery box. The LED lights in the front storage boxes work off the master switch and turn on when you open the box. Probably a fuse.
Mike a 26p Fury will not give you more RPMs, I would also suggest getting the tempest worked. If your prop shaft is 5" below the pad it is too low. Need to raise it to 3.5" inches below the pad. That might help.
To be honest suprised anyone who reads on the internet would leave rods in the boat. My parents has a car vandalized at a cadillac dealership, My Parent's insurance had to cover the vandalism.
