Traded my Kimber 1911 w/5" barrel in for this new Kimber Ultra Carry II w/3" barrel. Awesome gun...easier to conceal...just as accurate...a riot to shoot. Yes..it groups well....here's the 1st targets I shot......at 20ft.

I used 140 gr. Nosler Ballistic Tips in my Weatherby too.....the results are impressive to say the least. The boar ran about 30-35 yards up hill and piled up at the top....no exit hole after hitting him in the heart/lungs. Same with the deer.....he ran maybe 10yds and pild up. His liver/left...

You are right Greg....but,..if I ever got in the position of having to choose between ammo and a Korean car,....I'd just suck it up and buy the ammo!! LOL

I had a mini-14 for a couple years, but I traded it even up for a Ruger M/77 Mark II Carbine in .44 mag. The mini was fun, but it sprayed rounds......couldn't get a group tighter than @ 6-8" at 100 yds....it bummed me out a bit 'cuz I'm into accuracy and I couldn't get it to shoot any better...

I've always wanted a M1 .30cal carbine too Greg......the few that I see in gunshops are @ $600 +/- .......but I really don't have much need for it..it would clearly be an impulse buy that eats ammo!! LOL
